its a magnificent piece of craftsmanship. But then again, it's merely a guitar.

The Sound is fantastic but the strings tend to rattle a lot.
Support:
no i didn't deal with the people but i hear that they're excellent.
Overall:
a long time but, this won't be my final guitar purchase.
