RiffRumble V Song Contest

Get guitar at zZounds!

Saturday, November 18, 2006

A free demo of RiffWorks guitar recording software is now available. To kick off this launch, Sonoma Wire Works, along with Line 6, Disc Makers, CDBaby, Recording Magazine, and Submersible Music, have announced the fifth RiffRumble song contest.

The free RiffWorks Demo has RiffWorks Standard's intuitive recording interface, looped recording, automatic track creation, 7 studio-quality effects, InstantDrummer, REX Player, ReWire Mixer, Metronome, and more. Saving is enabled, so users can save the songs they create with the demo and will be able to open them in RiffWorks Standard. The demo does not time out. Users should make sure they meet the system requirements and have a compatible input device before downloading it.

RiffRumble V

RiffWorks users have from November 17th until November 30th to submit an original song to RiffRumble V. December 1st through 7th the public and judges will vote for their favorite songs. Each pack includes a Line 6 Model Pack, a one-year subscription to Recording Magazine, a free CD Baby membership, a $200 coupon and 100 blank CD-Rs from Disc Makers, and 5 InstantDrummer sessions from Submersible Music. Any RiffWorks owner can play. There is no fee to enter.
